Today, the dean of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports of PNU Yaroslav Yatsiv, the head coach of BC Frankivsk-Prykarpattia-PNU Yuriy Protsyuk together with our female basketball students Veronika Kosmach, Darya Kononuchenko, Anzhelika Lyashko, Anastasia Kovtun went to the European University Games.
From July 12 to 24, 2024, the Hungarian cities of Debrecen and Miskolc will be the arena for the sixth European University Games, a large-scale multi-sport event that brings together the best student-athletes from all over Europe.
These competitions are held every two years under the patronage of the European University Sports Association (EUSA) and with the support of the International University Sports Federation (FISU).
This year, more than 4,500 participants from more than 40 countries, representing more than 350 universities, are expected.
