WINNING THE WAR AND ‘WINNING THE PEACE’: SUPPORTING INSTITUTIONAL REFORMS IN UKRAINE

On July 4, the workshop entitled “WINNING THE WAR AND ‘WINNING THE PEACE’: SUPPORTING INSTITUTIONAL REFORMS IN UKRAINE” was held at the Warsaw University. The Dean of the Faculty of History, Political Science and International Relations of the Precarpathian National University, Ihor Gurak, welcomed the participants of the scientific forum.

He emphasized that the existence of a democratic Ukraine, which is gradually establishing itself as part of Western civilization, poses an existential threat to Putin’s Russia, and this is what led to the armed aggression against our country.

“To strengthen stability both regionally and globally, Ukrainians must not only defeat the Russians on the battlefield, but also achieve “victory” in the fight against internal struggles. The workshop is a small but very necessary step towards building a European Ukraine and strengthening the security in the world,” added Ihor Gurak.
