Promising fields of scientific research of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine in cooperation with higher education institutions

On July 11 Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University held a methodological seminar on the topic: “Promising fields of scientific research of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine in cooperation with higher education institutions” . The director of the Institute of Pedagogy of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, the vice-president of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Academician Oleh Topuzov, and Academician-Secretary of the Department of Higher Education of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine Petro Saukh participated in the event . The acting rector of Precarpathian National University Ihor Tsependa, deputy head of the State Production and Consumer Service Serhii Zakharin, professors and teaching staff of the university and other scientists also joined.

 

“We have a great opportunity to talk with the leadership of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine about the latest trends in pedagogical science. The topic of education, teaching methods is extremely relevant for all universities. Global changes are taking place in the modern world, in particular, in the context of the development of artificial intelligence. This presents us with great challenges that we must solve together. In addition, before joining the EU, we need to have a significant number of high-quality dissertations, which must be expert from our country. This is an important step for integration into the European scientific community and raising the level of our education and science,”  said the acting rector Ihor Tsependa .

During the seminar, topical issues of the development of educational technologies, the integration of new methods into the educational process, and the prospects for cooperation between scientific institutions and institutions of higher education were discussed.

Academician Oleh Topuzov spoke about the priority directions of scientific research in the field of education, pedagogy and psychology in the conditions of war and post-war reconstruction. He emphasized the importance of innovative research in pedagogy and the need for their implementation in educational programs to improve the quality of education.
