Metropolitan Epiphanius: “Let no one lose heart”

Today His Beatitude Metropolitan Epiphanius of Kyiv and All Ukraine, Primate of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine, visited Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University, accompanied by the regional leadership led by the head of
the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional State Administration Svitlana Onyshchuk.

He met with the university administration, headed by Acting Rector Ihor Tsependa, and held a meeting with students. His Beatitude Metropolitan Epiphanius also visited the university’s exhibition hall and got acquainted with
the best art works of students and teachers.

“We are trying to touch the hearts and souls of young people who especially need support. We have a glorious Ukrainian history that we must know and protect. At the same time, we have to build a new Ukrainian history with a clear European vector of development gained during the revolutions. Without spiritual support, we will not be able to resist. Our partners did not believe that we were so strong in spirit. But the enemy has not learned the lessons of our history – we quickly unite in the face of challenges. We are fighting together and we will definitely win. After that, a just peace will reign in Ukraine. Do not forget about God, take care of your soul and set aside time for spirituality and prayer!” His Beatitude Epiphanius addressed the audience.
