The students of VasylStefanyk National Precarpathian University , from the faculty of Philology enjoyed the opportunity to study at the Pomeranian University in Slupsk (Poland) within the framework of academic mobility during the winter semester of the 2024/2025 academic year. There were 13 students of the 2nd and 3rd years of the educational program “035 Philology (Polish language and literature and English)” and 2 students of the educational program “014 Secondary education (Polish language and literature)” of the Faculty of Philology.
Students could choose subjects from the catalog of Polish and English studies subjects, which allowed them to:
— deepen knowledge of Polish and English languages;
— get acquainted with Polish culture;
— establish friendly relations with students from different countries;
— the most important thing is to practically familiarize yourself with the education system of Poland.
The Pomeranian University in Slupsk has been cooperating with the Department of Slavic Languages for many years within the framework of student academic mobility. This made it possible for about 30 students to complete semester studies under academic exchange programs in the last two years alone.
