
Olha Polko, a lecturer at the Department of Slavic Languages, who teaches linguistics and translation disciplines in the Czech Language and Literature study programme at Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian (Carpathian) National University, and Anastasiia Karpovych, a 3rd year student of this programme, completed an internship and advanced training at the Department of Slavic Studies, Faculty of Philosophy, Masaryk University (Brno, Czech Republic).
During her stay, Anastasiia Karpovych attended a series of lectures on the historical grammar of the Czech language, the history of Czech literature, and took part in research.
Olga Polko improved her skills not only in teaching Slavic languages, but also discussed the possibilities of implementing future collaborative projects of the Department of Slavic Studies of the Faculty of Philosophy of Masaryk University and the Faculty of Philology of Precarpathian (Carpathian) National University, focused on the Czech Language and Literature study programme of our University.
