From November 21 to 26, the university delegation, led by the first vice-rector Valentyna Yakubiv, visited the University of East Anglia to continue collaboration after the successful implementation of the project “Ground Preparation for Reconstruction – Soil Decontamination in Ukraine, Eco-Entrepreneurship, and Environmental Journalism.” The initiative was carried out as part of the participation in the international project “UK-Ukraine Twinning Initiative.”
Members of the delegation had the opportunity to take part in the 54-hour hackathon Sync the City 2023 as mentors and participants. The event, which brought together novice entrepreneurs with experienced business mentors and experts, aimed to promote innovative development in cities and stimulate entrepreneurship in the technology sector. Active participation in Sync the City 2023 will allow the delegation to apply the knowledge gained in the university environment through the organization of hackathons.
