Acting Rector Spoke About the Prospects of Ukrainian-Polish Cooperation in Higher Education

On November 28–29, the University of Warsaw hosted an international conference “Central and Eastern European Studies — Development Prospects” in which participated Deputy Ministers of Education and Science of Ukraine and Poland, Mykhailo Vinnytskyi and Andrzej Szeptycki. The event brought together leading scholars, administrators, and experts from Ukraine and Poland. Among the key participants was Ihor Tsependa, Acting Rector of Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University.

The conference was organized by the University of Warsaw and Taras Finikov, President of the International Charitable Foundation “International Fund for Education Policy Research.”

The main goal of the conference was to create a platform for discussing the current state in which Central and Eastern European research and studies are, as well as the prospects of establishing a specialized center for deepening Ukrainian-Polish relations in the challenging context of a full-scale war.
