February is an eventful month for the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science of PNU. Last week, a group of third-year students (10 people) went to study in Rzeszow as part of a double degree programme implemented jointly with the University of Rzeszow (Uniwersytet Rzeszowski).
According to the agreement, students of the bachelor’s degree programmes (“Mathematics of Computer Technologies” and “Mathematics”) of Precarpathian National University have the opportunity to participate in this international educational initiative.
During the sixth and seventh semesters (according to the Polish system – the fourth and fifth), our students will study at the University of Rzeszow, and return to PNU for the spring semester of the fourth year. They will spend the eighth semester at Precarpathian University, gaining knowledge and working on qualification works.
In June, after a successful defence, the graduates will receive free European-style diplomas in the popular Data Analysis and Security speciality, both Ukrainian and Polish.
