A significant event took place at the International Scientific Center “Observatory” on Mount Pip Ivan – the signing of the Agreement on Scientific and Scientific-Technical Cooperation between the State Institution of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine “National Antarctic Scientific Center” and Vasyl Stefanyk Carpathian National University.
The delegation of the National Antarctic Scientific Center was led by Deputy Director for Scientific Work Iryna Kozeretska.
The University was represented at the meeting by: the Acting Rector Ihor Tsependa, Director of the Astronomical Research Station of the International Scientific Center “Observatory” Volodymyr Troianskyi, Secretary of the Supervisory Board Yana Stadilna, Head of the Department of Biology and Ecology, Coordinator of the Ecological and Meteorological Directions of the ISC “Observatory” Myroslava Mylenka.
During the meeting, Ihor Tsependa and Volodymyr Troianskyi presented the scientific and infrastructure activities of the observatory, in particular within the framework of joint Ukrainian-Polish initiatives.
