On March 10, the English-language creative online Event “Unusual Shevchenko”, organized by the students of Group A-21(a) and Natalia Pylyachyk, the Associate Professor at the English Philology Department of the Faculty of Foreign Languages, gathered more than a hundred young admirers of Ukrainian poetry.
The participants of the Event were both the Faculty students and the students of schools and lyceums of the Ivano-Frankivsk oblast. During the Event, they had a great opportunity to look at the personality and creative potential of Taras Shevchenko from another perspective. They took an active part in interactive games, active discussions about the work of the Ukrainian poet and artist and presented him as a modern blogger.
The mini-project, dedicated to the Ukrainian master of the word, gave the students and future graduates the opportunity to discuss in English the important moments in the life of the classic figure of the Ukrainian literature and to enjoy communication in an unusual format.
All participants of the English-language creative online Event “Unusual Shevchenko” received the appropriate certificates and special bonuses for active participation in the Event.
