A master class from the “UCM-Italy” Association was held at the Faculty of Tourism

Within the framework of the cooperation agreement between PNU and the Association “UCM-Italy”, a series of master classes for students of the specialty “Hotel and Restaurant Business” were held in the laboratory of the Department of Hotel, Restaurant and Resort Affairs of the Faculty of Tourism in November and December by Paolo Brescia, President of the Association chefs of the Mediterranean and UCM-Italy.

The theme of the master classes was “Features of modern Italian cuisine.” The chef and head of the U.C.M. Paolo Brescia shared the technology of preparing different types of pasta and sauces. Students got to know the secrets of choosing ingredients, as the quality of products is the key to the true taste of Italian cuisine. Students also learned to make dough on their own, using traditional Italian methods and products.
