On June 7, the team from the "PNU EcoSystem" Center for Innovative Educational Technologies and the Department of Primary Education of the Faculty of Education at the Precarpathian National University conducted an interactive training for teachers in the format of Oxford Debates on the following subject: The Use of Artificial Intelligence in Higher Education: Pros and Cons.
The first vice-rector, Professor Valentyna Yakubiv, addressed the teachers with a welcoming speech, emphasizing the importance of professional development, using innovations in educational practice, and involving students in various forms of educational activities, including Oxford Debates. She inspired teamwork.
Next, the participants were familiarized with the traditions of the British House of Commons, the main principles, and the rules of conducting debates.
