The corporate school “Hospitality Management School” has recently begun its work for the students of faculty of tourism majoring in “Hotel and restaurant business”. This is the third time the event takes place in LLC “Firma “Nadiya”. The aim of the school is the collaboration between business and education to enable students to get the elements of binary studies.
During the first lesson students had the opportunity to become familiar with the basic rules of restaurant etiquette, to get to know interesting things in the field of public catering, and also to visit a master class.
The coordinator of the project, associate professor of the chair of hotel, restaurant and resort business, Lesia Poliova stressed that this collaboration was positive for both the students and the business.
“Participating in such events enriches knowledge and gives an opportunity to connect theory with practice. Further development of students also requires communication with highly skilled specialists”, – said Lesia Poliova.
