Traditionally, the translation team of the Faculty of Foreign Languages participates in the international surgical mission Face the Future, which takes place in the city of Ivano-Frankivsk on the basis of the regional clinical hospital.
From April 21 to 26, under the leadership of the teachers of the Department of English Philology, Valery Ganzin and Tetyana Petrenko, students of the bachelor’s and master’s educational programs Viktoria Yatsyshyn, Oksana Lapchynska, and Nestor Bolshakov, as well as graduates of the faculty Valery Kornuta, Maria Baziv, and Anna Gavrylyshyn will provide translation support and accompany medical workers from the USA and Canada during symposia, training sessions and press conferences, as well as directly in the operating rooms.
